PLEASE NOTE - prior agreement with University Parking & Sustainable Travel is required to complete a loan deposit.

Deposit will be returned subject to the return of bike at the end of loan in satisfactory condition.

Full terms and conditions are attached to the loan agreement.

Return of Goods

Upon termination of this Agreement you will return the Bicycle to us in good condition. Fair wear and tear is expected, the extent of which is determined by EFM staff or representative. Any amounts due will be deducted from the deposit, if this is exceeded the balance will be invoiced to the hirer. On return of the Bicycle in suitable condition we will repay the security deposit to you via the online store.
