The workshop will be held on 5th December 2024 - 09:00 - 17:00.
During this one-day workshop, we will introduce a range of tools and techniques for analysing opportunities and generating highly creative solutions, with guidelines on how to effectively implement those innovative approaches in the workplace. It will involve small groups of participants learning how to use the model on important work-related problems they have already identified in advance.
By the end of the full-day training course, participants will:
• be able to explain the CLEAR IDEAS systematic process for generating, choosing and implementing new creative solutions
• be able to use analytic thinking techniques to identify and prioritise major causes and effects underlying complex challenges
• be able to use a variety of creative thinking techniques to generate large numbers of ideas
• understand how to select and synthesise the best ideas generated using systematic principles
• be able to identify key strategies for effectively implanting their new ideas
• understand how to access and use the CLEAR IDEAS innovation development apps
