This is a guaranteed service from DHL. You will receive an automated email containing your tracking information once the shipment is dispatched. Certificates sent using this service will be prioritised following graduation but we are unable to give an exact date when your certificate will be sent.

Only certificates produced by the Graduation Team can be sent using this service. If your certificate request is being handled by Student Services (SSiD), then you should NOT select this service and you should contact them directly.

This service is for students who wish to have their certificate sent by courier service following the conferment of their Award In absentia. If you are unsure which area your Country falls into, please look on our website for a list of Countries and their Courier Service Prices. 

You will be asked for a password - this can be found on the In Absentia email you were sent by the graduation team.
