Also note that PermIT A PAYG permit holders only - a password is required.

12 month locker rental available at either the Arts Tower (lower ground floor toilets), the Wave (ground floor), Hicks Cycle Hub (near the Student Union), Engineering Heartspace (first floor) or the Diamond Building (basement level). Select your preferred option after adding locker hire to your basket and 'Proceed to Checkout'.

• Space is available on a first come first served basis. 
• Items left at owner’s risk. The University accepts no responsibility for loss or damage.

**There are currently no new male lockers for hire within the Hicks cycle hub.**

Access to the cycle store in 3 Solly Street NCP for 6 or 12 months. Access is 24/7.

Please note unused subscriptions are non refundable.

Access cards can be collected from the EFM Helpdesk, for any queries please contact efmhelpdesk@sheffield.ac.uk.

For your order to be processed we require the following to be submitted by email to parking@sheffield.ac.uk:
•    Passport style photo with face and shoulders (not a .HEIC photo format);
•    Reason for hiring (please include company name if commuting to nearby business or nearby building tenant otherwise).
•    Email address (in case we need to clear the cage or warn of some emergency).
You will need to collect your Ucard from the EFM Helpdesk in 5 working days. 
You will receive further information on collection once your order has been placed.

Once Parking & Sustainable Travel have a suitable bike they'll reply to you with a purchase password that will enable you to make this transaction.

You must add both the deposit and one hire time period to your basket, orders that do not include both a deposit and hire rate will be cancelled and refunded.
