CHRISTMAS CLOSURE:
Please note that the University will be closed for the Christmas Vacation from the 22nd December 2023 until the 3rd January 2024. Due to the Christmas closure and reduced mail services, we will not be processing any document orders received on or after 23rd December 2023.
Orders placed before 23rd December
Due to the large number of requests we receive, we may not be able to produce all orders before we close on 22nd December. Once we reopen on 3rd January 2024 we will aim to respond to these orders within 10-15 working days.

If you have lost or broken your UCard, and are not able to come to SSiD in the Students Union you can order a replacement for Delivery.
Processing times
We aim to fulfil 80% of orders within 3-5 working days (not including delivery) however orders could take longer at busy times. You will be notified by email once your document has been dispatched.
