If you have lost or broken your UCard, you can order a replacement below
We are now able to offer in-person collections for UCards. If you would prefer to collect your replacement UCard in person, please select this option on the order form below. Once you have purchased your card, your order confirmation receipt will give you instructions on how to collect your replacement UCard.
Alternatively, if you are not in Sheffield and cannot visit us in-person, requests for replacement UCards can also be handled by post for a cost of £8 (inclusive of Postage & Packing).
Your UCard will be posted by 1st class Royal Mail to ensure it arrives as soon as possible, normally within 1-2 working days.
Please be aware that the SSiD team only has a limited number of staff working on campus. We aim to fulfil all orders within 3-5 working days (not including postage) however orders could take longer at busy times. You will be notified by email once your document has been dispatched.
We would appreciate your patience whilst we process your order and ask that where possible you do not contact us to request progress updates, unless you need to provide us with further information/instruction for your order.
