Now in its eighth year, the 1-day Cultivate conference will be held on Wednesday 12th June 2024 at the Millennium Gallery in Sheffield. The in-person event will bring together professionals and interested parties in cellular agriculture to discuss the technologies and their impact. We will hear formal presentations by experts working in the field and from across the food system.

We are pleased to announce that Cultivate 2024 will be held on Wednesday 12th June 2024 as an in-person event at The Millennium Gallery in Sheffield.
 
Cultivate is a multi-voiced forum intended to support informed dialogue about the emergent field of cellular agriculture from UK perspectives. We have held annual events (online during the pandemic) since 2016. The 2024 event will be an opportunity for professionals working in cellular agriculture and cultured meat to come together and discuss the current state and the challenges facing the sector. The event will feature a number of talks and panels from a diverse set of voices within the UK working on these topics.
 
The timetable has not been finalised, but we anticipate the event beginning with registration/refreshments at 9:45am, sessions start at 10:15am, and finish at 5pm. Lunch and coffees will be provided. All food will be vegan. After the event we will continue to a local bar, café or restaurant, where attendees are welcome to join us, location to be confirmed later.
