DescriptionYou are warmly invited to join the Fourth Workshop on Multimodal AI (MultimodalAI'26), taking place on 11th and 12th June 2026 at the UCL East Campus, One Pool Street, London. This workshop will be an in-person-only event, preceded by a full-day hackathon on 10th June at UCL. Multimodal AI integrates diverse types of data, such as text, images, and sound, swiftly revolutionising how we interact with technology and information. Following three successful workshops, MultimodalAI’26 will gather researchers and practitioners from AI, data science, and various scientific and applied domains. The workshop aims to discuss challenges, share innovative solutions, explore future collaborations, and further build our vibrant multimodal AI community. Hosted by the UK Open Multimodal AI Network (UKOMAIN)—a £1.8 million EPSRC Network Plus—the event features keynote presentations from leading experts, community pitches, talks and posters, presentations of hackathon and UKOMAIN projects, and panel discussions. Prizes will recognise outstanding pitches, talks, posters, and hackathon projects. Additionally, we offer travel bursaries and volunteering opportunities to support participants. UKOMAIN Interest Group (IG) members will receive a £10 discount on the registration fee. Sign up now to join one or more of the 11 UKOMAIN IGs and explore leadership opportunities. Early Bird registration is available until 18th May.
