** IT Services Department staff event only**

Gourmet BBQ food and salad/sides, including vegan options, will be served from 3pm on Thursday 9 July 2026, in the garden at Brunswick Street. Please state your dietary requirements when purchasing your ticket.

Non-alcoholic drinks will be available until exhausted, and you are welcome to bring your own alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks along to the BBQ.

Tickets are priced at £5.00 per member of staff. Contractors are welcome to join the festivities with tickets priced at £30.00 per person.

Tickets must be purchased and dietary requirements submitted by lunchtime on Monday, 22 June 2026. Tickets are non-refundable.

Similar to previous department events, food will be served in sittings, with vegans and vegetarians served first, followed by everyone else.

Please wear your UCards/ID to the event as these will be checked by the caterers prior to service.
