Deposit Description
- Lockers are for use by Students of the 'School of Architecture and Landscape' only.
- £10.00 deposit required (per locker).
- Allocation of lockers is limited to one per student, available on a first come first served basis.
- Lockers will normally be available from Monday of Week 01 of Semester 01.
Physical Key or Combination Code Collection
- Once you have paid your deposit you will receive a confirmation email from the OnlineStore.
- In order to collect a Physical Key or Combination Code you will need to bring your confirmation email to the Reception Desk on Floor 13 of the Arts Tower.
- When you arrive at reception we will try to allocate you a locker on your floor wherever possible.
- Please note that the Four Digit Code assigned to the schools Combination Lock is not to be changed and that the Combination Lock itself is property of the School of Architecture and Landscape and must remain on the locker at all times.
Deposit Refund
- In order to request your deposit refund you must first empty your locker of all items and use the school's original padlock (or key where applicable) to lock the locker.
- Lockers must be emptied with keys (where applicable) returned to the Reception Desk on Floor 13 of the Arts Tower prior to the summer graduation date.
- The school's original padlock (where applicable) must remain on the locker, with its combination code unchanged from that provided by the school.
- Once you have returned your key, the locker will be checked to ensure that the correct key has been returned and that the locker is empty and ready to be reallocated.
- Please note that you will lose your deposit if the key or padlock are lost or broken/damaged.
- Please also note that you may lose your deposit if your locker isn't empty.
- Deposit Refunds will be returned via the OnlineStore, however these are normally done in batches, with the expected return date to be some time during or before Intro Week of the following semester.
- Deposits are refundable on return at any time, however this isn't standard practice. Therefore, please come to the Reception Desk on Floor 13 of the Arts Tower to discuss further.
