Initial Introductory Offer for SMartmentoring. A mentoring service tailored to improve the professional development of Technical staff.

Smart Mentoring is a targeted, online 1:1 mentoring service using everyday technology, with no requirement for individuals or institutions to invest in any new software or hardware to support the professional development of technical staff.

These sessions will take the form of either 3 or 5 sessions. Importantly, there is no travel required, which reduces costs, and timings can be completely flexible. Time away from the workspace is reduced, and the learning opportunity maximised. The needs of a mentee are matched to an appropriate mentor and utilise the expertise and experience of both external professional mentors and university staff.

The Members rate is available for NTDC Partner affiliates (fee paying) or HEaTED members.
