Cancellation Term: 

If you have secured your place on the course by paying the deposit or full course payment
and then cancel for any reason, there may be a cancellation fee for this. This will be on a
sliding scale of time indicated below:
Before 4 weeks – 0%
2 – 4 weeks – 50%
Less than 2 weeks – 100%
In the case of under-recruitment, the ELTC reserve the right to cancel any of the offered
courses. If you have secured your place on your chosen course by paying the deposit or full
course payment and the course is withdrawn or changes significantly in mode of delivery,
you will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative course.
