This is a guaranteed postage service for addresses overseas. Your documents will be tracked and a signed proof of delivery can be obtained. Only documentation produced by the Student Services Information Desk (SSiD) can be sent using this service.

Processing times

We aim to fulfil all orders within 10-15 working days (not including postage) however orders could take longer at busy times or if you studied with the University before 2000. You will be notified by email once your document has been dispatched.
