The programme is intended for those who are currently leading a technical team in their department, school, or faculty.

The purpose of this programme is to enable leaders of technical teams to develop their leadership knowledge, skills, and behaviours thereby enhancing their effectiveness in leading and contributing to strategic change initiatives.

Individuals will have an opportunity to enhance their understanding and practice of leadership whilst at the same time consider how they lead change within their teams, their department and across the University.
