IMPORTANT: Only purchase this product if your booking has been confirmed by the Employer Engagement Team.

Stand Costs:

-Businesses: Stands cost £395 plus VAT. This includes your stand space, furniture, Wi-Fi access, refreshments, a light lunch for three people from your company, and promotion of your company before and during the event.

-Small businesses and charities: You may be eligible for a free stand. Get in touch with us at [email protected] to find out if you qualify.

If you wish to cancel your reserved space you must notify us immediately by email to [email protected].

For events where charges apply:

Cancellations made by 30 September 2024 will receive a full refund (100%). Cancellations made on or after 1st October 2024 will be charged a cancellation fee of £200 plus VAT.

For events where charges do not apply:
Cancellations made by 30 September 2024 can be made without incurring a cancellation fee. 

Cancellations made on or after 1st October 2024 will be charged a cancellation fee of £200 plus VAT.
