An intermediate CNC Milling course designed to follow on from the introductory CNC milling course, to allow candidates more time on the equipment to program and machine a wider range of features and applications. This will build on the skills and knowledge previously gained, and aids typical applications in today’s modern engineering environment. 

This course enables candidates to gain an understanding of the principles employed in CNC milling to an intermediate level. The learner will gain a deeper understanding into the safety aspects of CNC automated milling processes used in the manufacturing industry. 

The learner will develop their understanding of basic ISO and G-M Coding and will manually program a Mini Mill Haas machine to simulate & manufacture a component.
