Welcome BBQ event for students attending orientation week (https://sheffield.ac.uk/new-students/orientation) facilitated by our Global Ambassador team. It's an informal social event in Bar One & Gardens between 6-9pm and a great way to meet people. Ticket price £6.00 for the BBQ meal which includes burger, sausages, assorted sides & salad. Further refreshments available to purchase from Bar One.

Overrall capacity 250 - students are encouraged to attend the whole event but for catering purposes we ask you to purchase ticket to collect food for one of two sittings, 6-7pm  and 7-8pm . Vegetarian/Vegan options will be available.
