Processing times

We aim to fulfil 80% of orders within 10-15 working days (not including postage) however orders could take longer at busy times.  You will be notified by email once your document has been dispatched. 

Pre-1996 Graduates: Archive transcripts

If you graduated prior to the year 1996 from an undergraduate course (e.g. BA/BSc/BEng/MEng, etc.), archive transcripts orders are handled by the Student Administration Service.

Archive transcripts are produced manually and involve visiting the University archives to obtain the information required to produce a transcript. This process can take up to 6-8 weeks forcompletion. If you still have questions after reading this, please contact the Student Registry team:

If you graduated prior to the year 1996 from a postgraduate course (e.g. MA/MSc/MSc(Eng), etc.), please note that your transcript request will be handled by your former academic department, who will obtain the modules and results information required to produce your transcript. If a transcript cannot be produced by your former department due to missing or insufficient records, we will contact you and suggest alternative documentation. 

 Transcript Prices:

• Graduated from the year 1996 onwards: £10 per copy
• Graduated before the year 1996: £25 per copy

Delivery rate (Per Order)

• Standard Royal Mail (Worldwide) = Free
• Royal Mail Special Delivery (1-2 working days, UK Only) = £7.00 
• Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (10-20 working days, Worldwide) = £15
• DHL Courier Service (3-8 working days, EU Countries) = £25
• DHL Courier Service (3-8 working days, Non EU Countries) = £37.50
