This online booking form for the Meet & Greet (airport pick-up) service from Manchester Airport to Sheffield will confirm your place on one of our coaches from Manchester Airport to Sheffield.

Detailed Description

The cost of the service is GBP 42 for you and each accompanying relative or friend.  Please ensure you have added the total number of people travelling to your basket before proceeding to checkout. 

Coaches will depart from Manchester Airport on the following days and times: 

Friday 11th September 11am and 3pm
Saturday 12th September 11am and 3pm
Sunday 13th September 11am and 3pm
Monday 14th September 11am and 3pm
Wednesday 16th September 11am and 3pm
Saturday 19th September 11am and 3pm
Sunday 20th September 11am and 3pm
Monday 21st September 11am
Tuesday 22nd September 11am

You will be able to select your departure time before paying for your ticket. When choosing your coach time please allow two hours for collection of baggage and clearing immigration. We do not recommend booking the service for students whose flights are scheduled to arrive in Manchester after 13.00 local time (or after 9:00 on 21st and 22nd September).

When you have filled in the form and placed the item in your basket you must then check out and pay in order to complete your booking. When you have done this you will receive an email from the online store to confirm that your booking has been successful. 

Further information will be shared via email closer to your arrival.

The closing date for bookings is midnight on the 6th of September 2026. Any cancellations must be received by this time. We will then contact you to arrange a refund. If you do not contact us by this date we cannot guarantee a refund.
