If the University is unable to produce a confirming letter, a refund will be issued and alternative documentation may be provided.

Processing times

We aim to fulfil 80% of orders within 10-15 working days (not including postage) however orders could take longer at busy times. You will be notified by email once your document has been dispatched.

Confirming Letter Prices:

• Graduated from 2000 onwards: £10 (three copies)
• Graduated before 2000: £25 (three copies)

Delivery rate (Per Order)

• Standard Royal Mail (Worldwide) = Free
• Royal Mail Special Delivery (1-2 working days, UK Only) = £7.00 
• Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (10-20 working days, Worldwide) = £15.00
• DHL Courier Service (3-8 working days, EU Countries) = £25.00
• DHL Courier Service (3-8 working days, Non EU Countries) = £37.50
