This course teaches delegates how to design effective Technical Services pathways and build high-performing, collaborative project teams.

This course explores the different types of Technical Services pathways, their key building blocks and how to design a sector leading, strategically aligned pathway.  Attendees gain experience of creating pathways, role outlines and promotion criteria.  They also learn how to create winning project teams who co-create and deliver excellence.
