You will be asked for a password - this can be found on the In Absentia email you were sent by the graduation team.

This is a guaranteed service from DHL. You will receive an automated email containing your tracking information once the shipment is dispatched. Certificates sent using this service will be prioritised once certificates have been printed, but we are unable to give an exact date when your certificate will be sent.

Only certificates produced by the Graduation Team can be sent using this service. If your certificate request is being handled by Student Services (SSiD), then you should NOT select this service and you should contact them directly.
