To ensure you are ordering the correct document, please read the information at https://www.sheffield.ac.uk/certificates-verification/confirming-letters before continuing with your purchase.

If the University is unable to produce a confirming letter, a refund will be issued and alternative documentation may be provided. 

Processing times: 

Digital only orders will be processed within 5-10 working days. If you graduated prior to 2000 or studied on a collaborative course, please note that your online request may take up to six weeks to process due to the need to reference our archive records.

 

Digital Confirming Letter Prices

  1. Current/Recent Students (up to 12 months after Graduation) = £3
  2. Graduates/leavers since 1 Jan 2010 = £5
  3. Graduates/leavers between 1 Jan 2000 and 31 Dec 2009 = £10
  4. Graduates/leavers before 31 December 1999 = £20
