This course addresses the key aspects of quality from the perspective of engineering services and product manufacture.
It will deliver a good understanding of the importance, culture and commercial relevance of quality management, quality assurance and quality control in an engineering environment. It will provide attendees with a working knowledge of relevant tools and techniques so that they can be applied in the workplace.
