In the event that your prescribed lenses cannot be fitted into the standard frames the optician will determine the best frames for you. This is in addition to the standard cost which you should have already purchased.
Unfortunately due to the fact that everyone has different prescription requirements we are unable to accurately set the price in advance, the cost listed is the maximum you will be expected to pay. Upon receipt of the invoice you may be entitled to a refund if the total cost is less than the amount you have paid. This can be discussed with the safety officer.
Please provide the safety officer with both receipts as proof of purchase.
