The Alfred Denny Museum was established in 1905 and named after the department's first Professor of Biology, Alfred Denny. Many of the specimens have been in the Museum since the early 1900s.

The Museum opens up its doors once a month to the public so that we can share the Museum’s delights with others. The tours run the first Saturday in each month at 10:00, 11:00 and 12:00. To book your place for Saturday, 4th November 2017 please add the amount of tickets you require to your basket below, and follow the process right through to the end. All tickets are free of charge. Bookings close at 12noon the Friday before the visit.
